Levi Taylor Joins Up with Hare Razor

Levi has been skating about three years. Ever since Levi went on a skate trip to Granite Skateboard Park in Sacramento CA. he has been hitting the park every opportunity he can get. What made skating so "over the top", with Levi, was a person. Not a skate team, not a name brand skateboard deck, and not the image of a pro-skateboarder. That person was Brain Harris.

Brian Harris is a skateboard instructor out of Redding, CA. Brian showed Levi how to "drop-in" and so goes the beginning of a great relationship.

I asked Levi some questions and here's how it went.

Where are you from? Red Bluff, CA.

How old are you? 151/2 [He made sure I got the 1/2 in there]

Trick you like: Wally to Late Shove-It

Motto: Take life as it comes to you.

Best advice given about skateboarding: Go Faster!

Skateboarding has been a great fit for Levi. He's got what Hare Razor is looking for in skateboarders. I guess you can say that he's never satisfied with all that he's learned because he wants to keep on getting better. We like that. Levi Taylor is a great addition to Hare Razor.

Isaiah Estaris

Isaiah is 12 years old and is from Cottonwood, CA. Isaiah has been skating for 3 years and does most of his skating in Anderson, CA. He became apart of Hare Razor last year and we are so glad that he is skating for HR again. I asked Isaiah a few questions so lets get to know him better.

Who got you into skating: Gabe, my brother. Whatever Gabe would do I would try like wake boarding, snow boarding, baseball & soccor. Skateboarding is what I like the most.

What Pro-Skater do you admire most: Mike Mo, he skates for GIRL. He can do perfect Tre Flips.

Favorite Skate Park: Granite Skate Park in Sacramento, CA.

On July 25, 2009 Isaiah won 3rd place, in the 10-12 yr. old division, at the "Grind for a Grand" Competion in Oroville, CA. Isaiah had never skated this park before. He knew what he wanted to do and he did it!

Isaiah has a very supportive family that, way before Hare Razor came along, was encouraging him to do his best and have fun doing it.

Marcus Brooks is from Anderson, CA. and he is 12 yrs. old. He gives his sisters boyfriend, Donnie, the credit for getting him into skating. Marcus went to the skate park every chance he could get and took to it like nobodys' business. In just the 4 years he's been skating Marcus has racked up the wins at local competions.

Marcus joined the Hare Razor Team in 2008. He took 1st in the North State Skate Series Competion. That means he took 1st in Redding, Red Bluff, and Anderson, which also means he got !st All-Around for the 11 and under division.

We met up the other day and I asked him a few ?'s.

Other Competion wins? Klammoth, Oregon. There weren't any skaters in the 11 and under so I had to skate with the 12-15yr. olds. Took 2nd.

Favorite Pro-Skateboarder? Eric Koston, he skates for GIRL. I like to see him Tre Flip Crook.

Your favorite trick? Crook 180

Favorite food? Ham 'n' Cheese Hot Pockets.
